Returns
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at [email protected] with your order details and photos of the issue. We will guide you through the return process.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect. 
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging. 
- Returns requested after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted. 
Return Process
Once we approve your return request, you will be given instructions on how to send the item back to us. Return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items will be covered by Miora Focus.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse or customer negligence. 
- Items returned without prior approval from Miora Focus. 
Order Cancellation
Since we operate cash on delivery, order cancellations are only possible before the product is shipped. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
